Payment Policy
This Payment Policy explains how TakumiHost processes payments for VPS hosting services, what you can expect when placing an order, and how we handle payment-related issues. By completing a purchase on www.takumihost.shop, you agree to the terms described below.
This policy should be read alongside our Terms of Service and Refund and Cancellation Policy.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
TakumiHost accepts payments through the methods available at checkout. PayPal is available as a payment option. Additional payment methods may be offered depending on your region and the options displayed during checkout.
PayPal is an independent payment processor. TakumiHost is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with PayPal. Use of PayPal is subject to PayPal's own terms of service and privacy policy.
2. Payment Authorization
By completing a purchase, you authorize TakumiHost to charge the full amount for the selected VPS hosting plan to your chosen payment method. Payment is required in full at the time of order. We do not offer deferred payment, payment plans, or credit terms unless explicitly stated.
Your order will not be processed or provisioned until payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
3. Order Verification
TakumiHost reserves the right to verify orders before processing them. Verification may be required in cases where the order appears unusual, where payment details cannot be confirmed, or where fraud risk indicators are present.
If your order requires verification, we may contact you at the email address provided during checkout. Failure to respond to a verification request within a reasonable timeframe may result in the order being cancelled and the payment refunded.
4. Fraud Prevention
TakumiHost takes fraud prevention seriously. We monitor transactions for signs of unauthorized use, suspicious activity, and payment fraud. Orders that are flagged as potentially fraudulent may be held, cancelled, or reported to the relevant payment processor or authorities.
If you believe your payment information has been used without your authorization to place an order with TakumiHost, please contact us immediately at aonnon12343@outlook.com.
5. Currency and Pricing
All prices displayed on the TakumiHost website are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. The amount charged to your payment method will be in USD. Your payment provider may apply currency conversion fees if your account is held in a different currency. TakumiHost is not responsible for any conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your bank or payment provider.
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of your order is the price you will be charged for that order.
6. Taxes
Prices displayed on our website may or may not include applicable taxes depending on your location. Where required by law, applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies applicable to your purchase under the laws of your jurisdiction.
7. Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment is declined or fails to process, your order will not be completed and no VPS service will be provisioned. You will need to retry your order using a valid payment method.
Common reasons for payment failure include insufficient funds, incorrect payment details, card restrictions, or your payment provider declining the transaction. Please contact your payment provider if you experience repeated payment failures.
8. Duplicate Payments
If you are charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error or payment processing issue, please contact us at aonnon12343@outlook.com with your order details. We will investigate and, if a duplicate charge is confirmed, process a refund for the duplicate amount promptly.
9. Unauthorized Payment Claims
If you did not authorize a payment to TakumiHost, please contact us immediately before initiating a dispute with your payment provider. In many cases, we can resolve the issue quickly by verifying the transaction and, where appropriate, issuing a refund.
Providing false unauthorized payment claims may be considered fraudulent and may result in legal action.
10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
We strongly encourage customers to contact TakumiHost directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or payment provider. Most payment concerns can be resolved through our support team without the need for a formal dispute.
If a chargeback is initiated without prior contact with TakumiHost, or if a chargeback is found to be unjustified, we reserve the right to:
- Immediately suspend or terminate the associated VPS service
- Permanently restrict the associated account from future purchases
- Provide evidence to the payment processor to contest the chargeback
- Pursue recovery of the disputed amount through available legal or financial channels
Chargebacks initiated in bad faith or for services that were legitimately delivered will be contested.
11. Refunds
Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Because VPS hosting is a digital service that is provisioned upon payment, refunds are not automatically available after service activation. Please review our Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
12. Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete billing information when placing an order. TakumiHost is not responsible for failed deliveries, unprocessed orders, or service disruptions caused by incorrect payment details or an inaccessible email address.
You are also responsible for ensuring that your payment method has sufficient funds and that your payment provider permits the transaction.
