Contact and Support Policy

This policy explains how to contact TakumiHost for support, what information to include when submitting a request, and what you can generally expect from our support process.

TakumiHost is committed to providing helpful and responsive support to all customers using our VPS hosting services.

1. How to Contact TakumiHost

The primary way to reach TakumiHost support is by email. We do not currently offer phone support or live chat.

Please use a clear and descriptive subject line when emailing us so we can route your request appropriately.

2. Support Communication Channels

At this time, TakumiHost provides support through email only. We aim to respond to all support requests in a timely manner, but response times are not guaranteed and may vary depending on the volume of requests and the complexity of the issue.

TakumiHost does not offer a guaranteed response time or a formal support SLA unless one has been separately agreed upon in writing.

3. Information to Include in Your Support Request

To help us assist you as efficiently as possible, please include the following information when contacting support:

  • The email address used when placing your order
  • Your order number or VPS service reference, if available
  • A clear description of the issue you are experiencing
  • Any relevant error messages, screenshots, or logs
  • The operating system and software you are using on your VPS, if applicable
  • Steps you have already taken to try to resolve the issue

Providing complete and accurate information helps us investigate and resolve your issue more quickly.

4. Order Verification

For security purposes, TakumiHost may ask you to verify your identity or confirm order details before we can assist with account-related requests, such as retrieving service credentials, making changes to your service, or processing a cancellation.

We may ask you to confirm the email address associated with your order or provide other identifying information. This is to protect your account and prevent unauthorized access.

5. Account Security Considerations

TakumiHost will never ask you to share your VPS root password or full payment card details via email or any other communication channel. If you receive a message claiming to be from TakumiHost that requests this type of sensitive information, please do not respond and contact us immediately to report it.

You are responsible for keeping your VPS credentials and account information secure. If you believe your credentials have been compromised, please contact us promptly so we can assist you.

6. Response Times

TakumiHost makes reasonable efforts to respond to support requests as promptly as possible. However, we do not guarantee a specific response time. Response times may be longer during periods of high demand, public holidays, or other exceptional circumstances.

For urgent issues affecting your VPS service, please clearly indicate the urgency in your email subject line to help us prioritize your request.

7. Emergency and Abuse Reports

If you need to report an urgent security incident, active abuse originating from TakumiHost infrastructure, or illegal activity, please contact us immediately:

Abuse reports related to spam, DDoS activity, or illegal content hosted on TakumiHost infrastructure will be treated as a priority. Please include as much detail as possible, including IP addresses, timestamps, and any supporting evidence.

8. Scope of Support

TakumiHost support covers issues directly related to the provisioning and availability of your VPS service, including:

  • Service delivery and activation issues
  • VPS accessibility and connectivity problems attributable to TakumiHost infrastructure
  • Billing and payment inquiries
  • Cancellation and account requests
  • Abuse and security reports

TakumiHost does not provide managed server support, application-level troubleshooting, or assistance with software you have installed on your VPS unless such services are explicitly included in your plan. Customers are responsible for managing their own server environment.
